Casa da Paz lives up to its
name, ‘House of Peace'. It offers total privacy, a
private pool and uninterrupted panoramic views over the
countryside to the sea. It is on a large plot of land in
a quiet area only 3kms from the pretty market town of
Loulé where there are many shops and restaurants.
Outside, a covered dining area leads to the secluded
pool, where there is a south facing terrace and a shaded
spot under a palm tree. Here you can lie on the hammock
to escape the midday sun!
The garden surrounding the villa is
delightful and is surrounded by shrubbery ensuring
complete privacy. There are trailing bougainvilleas, a
variety of trees (including lemon, fig and almond) and
shrubs providing colour throughout the year.
The kitchen is at one end of the
open-plan living/dining room and there is a comfortable
leather sofa and chairs around a log burning stove.
The accommodation consists of: 2
double bedrooms, 1 en-suite bathroom, 1 shower room,
balcony, sun room, fully equipped kitchen with
dishwasher and washing machine, lounge/diner with
satellite TV and CD/radio. Air conditioning/heating in
the master bedroom and the lounge is included in the
price.
Faro airport, numerous fine beaches
and golf courses are within a 20 minute drive. A welcome
food pack and maid service twice a week is included.
